Seam high-frequency welding of products (technology and equipment ).
Investigation of the process of braze welding of 20 - 76 mm diameter pipes made from alloyed and stainless steels.
Investigation of process of welding and braze welding of 4 mm and more diameter pipes for sealed flux-cored wires and other products.
Development and complete delivery of light-weight equipment for longitudinal welding of 20-76 mm diameter pipes of a round cross-section and special cross-section for use at small- and medium-business enterprises, at large-business and city enterprises for their own needs.
Induction and flame braze welding of joints of pipes and tubular products.
Braze welding of small- and medium-diameter pipes is performed in a solid phase with addition of activating elements into the zone of edge joining. The purpose of the developments is the joining of straight and bent tubes and tubular structures including those with inner glass-enamel coating or metallic protective coating.
Braze welding of flange and T-joints of pipes, including ultrathin-wall pipes of equal diameter.
Technology and equipment for induction heating:
- for heat treatment of welds and products ( deposition of protective coatings, thermal straightening of distortions in welded structures, etc.);
- to perform metallurgical processes ( melting of metals and their treatment);
- creation and delivery of high-frequency transformers, special induction devices, high-frequency generators;
- technological and auxiliary equipment;
- equipment for electromagnetic pulsed processes used in welding and heat treatment.
Technologies realized in flame heating using the hydrogen-oxygen mixtures of gases,
creation of electric generators for production of hydrogen-oxygen mixtures of gases and hydrogen production.
